HOW TO BE STRONG?

shutterstock_266694722Today is a day where I just feel like writing and well, I am writing; rather I am just going to be rambling about some random nonsense that might not even really be important but just so you know. There are days when we all like to read, relax, or even maybe be lazy. Well, today is a day that I feel extremely alive to write and well, since recently writing is not something that came to me easily. The reason why I have been feeling so down is because I have been going through quite an emotional roller coaster.

Let’s face it, most of us – *ahem ahem* to be honest, all of us are all in trouble and have been through many difficulties of life, maybe you suffer financially or maybe even you must be going through a bad relationship or even you may be mentally strained or otherwise – you may be battling with a prolonged illness. Let me first, say. It is not easy and all those cheesy clichés that many say do not stick long because at the end of the end. No one knows what we go through.

When I was younger, people used to say “BE STRONG” *hahaha* have you heard the saying? Can anyone understand what it means? But let me just tell you that it was not the easiest to do. It still isn’t especially for me and maybe for everyone else too.

See, we are always troubled one way or the other. Some have the capability to ask for help but some of us who haven’t the strength to just find ourselves in a mass mess that we cannot get past. I am not going to talk about the people who are vulnerable, because in fact we are all vulnerable. We all suffer in our lives. We are all going through difficult times in our lives. None of it is as easy as they say it is. To be honest, I am also going through plenty but that is no reason to hurt and cry, yes,  there is a time when we all need to mourn and be upset about the things that upset but we should always try to rise up and climb towards the thing that puts us down the most.

To all those, out there – You are not alone! Everyone in this world suffers in their own way and has learnt to deal with it in their special ways. We are all special. You and I. Us. We need to focus on what is important. So, here’s to cheers in trying to forget whatever is running on your mind right now.  Just stop.

CLEAR YOU’RE MIND…

TAKE A DEEP BREATH…

INHALE AND EXHALE SLOWLY…

AND LET IT ALL OUT…

FILL YOUR LIFE WITH SPECIAL THOUGHTS ABOUT ONLY
